Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email followed up by tracking information after shipping is processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped and been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
